Curators are PLHIV professionals who bring a blend of technical skills, lived experience, and a commitment to collaborative, high‑quality work.
A Curator is openly living with HIV and based in an Asian country, contributing valuable cultural insight and regional understanding to IN+PRO’s work.
Curators typically hold a bachelor’s degree and have around three to five years of experience in a relevant field, whether through formal employment, community leadership, or project‑based roles. They are strong communicators in English, comfortable working with diverse teams, and able to contribute to assignments that involve proposal development, project reporting, basic budgeting, work planning, project coordination, and monitoring or evaluation tasks.
Curators are hands‑on professionals who can implement tools, frameworks, and activity plans while maintaining a collaborative spirit and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, well‑crafted work.
This role is ideal for PLHIV who are ready to deepen their expertise, take on meaningful assignments, and grow within a supportive and empowering professional community.

Who can join as an Apprentice?
Apprentices are emerging PLHIV professionals who are ready to learn, grow, and begin building a career in consultancy.
An Apprentice is a person living with HIV who is based in an Asian country and brings cultural awareness, curiosity, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to IN+PRO’s work. Apprentices may hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing one, and they typically have some experience in community work, volunteering, project support, or other roles that show initiative and commitment. They have a clear interest in developing their professional path, can articulate their learning goals, and communicate well in English.
Apprentices work alongside experienced Curators and Lead Curators, supporting tasks such as research, documentation, coordination, and early-stage project activities.
This role is ideal for PLHIV who want to strengthen their skills, gain hands‑on experience, and grow within a supportive environment that values lived experience as a form of expertise.
